
WEEKLY PROGRAMS


CIRCUIT TRAINING
F4TC offers weekly circuit training sessions for all abilities and ages and are designed for all round fitness. These sessions include:
Warm up
Plyometric & circuits
Cool down
Even though these are group sessions I will meet with individuals to find out what your personal requirements or goals are and ensure we meet these.
Sessions are held evey:
Monday - Rivers Ibis Club, Reading, 7:00-8:00pm
Wednesday - Victoria Park, Newbury, 7:45-8:45pm
Alternative days are available on request.
Sessions are priced at £5/person.

RUNNING
F4TC offers running sessions geared for upcoming races, such as the Reading Half Marathon, Bayer 10K and the full London Marathon. These sessions include:
1 mile interval traning
Hill work sessions
5/10K runs
No matter where you are in your running career everyone is welcome and together we will get to the finish line.
Sessions are held at various locations 7:30-8:30pm every Thursday evening. Alternative days are available on request.
Sessions are priced at £10/person, discounts available for groups of 10 or more.


ONE TO ONE COACHING
F4TC can offer exclusive personalised training that focuses on your personal goals, whether they be maintaining general fitness, preparing for an event or losing a few extra pounds. One to one training can be particularly useful if you are beginning a new training regime, pre and post op surgery, antenatal/postnatal and recovery from injury.
The benefits to these sessions include:
Training can take place in your own home
I provide all the equipment needed
Building self confidence
Session days and times are completely flexible to fit around your other commitments. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Sessions are priced at £40/hour.
