F4TC offers lunchtime fitness sessions for those of you who are short of time and want to use your lunchtime to get fit.
We tailor these sessions to last 45 minutes allowing time to freshen up before returning to work.
These seesions are always fun and include walking, running, circuit workouts.
Sessions can be tailored to all ages and abilities and timings are flexible 12-1pm/1-2pm.
Sessions are priced at £10/person.

F4TC is passionate about children understanding basic stretching, what they are stretching and why.
The sessions can be during school time or outside school hours depending on timetabling constraints.
