F4TC offers a wide range of challenges and the training, skills and motivation

required to achieve these challenges

Challenges come in all shapes and sizes from 5k/10k runs to extreme moutain hikes.

However F4TC does not just apply to extreme or occasional challenges but the varied challenges faced by many on a daily basis.

Challenges can be wide and varied:

  • living with disability, illness or injury including arthritis, diabetes, strokes

  • coping with aging limbs and muscles - getting old!!

  • keeping fit pre and postnatally

  • getting and maintaining fitness around work and family commitments

None of the above need to stop us being fit. It is often more of a mental battle than physical. This is where it can be really beneficial to attend a group session. These group sessions could be geared to a particular need i.e. young mums, but equally you could attend a general fitness session.

The benefits to exercising in a group are:

  • It's more fun

  • Opportunity to socialise with like minded people

  • Support in working towards a common goal

  • Motivated by others to succeed in your goal

So whatever your challenge, whether it be part of a group fitness program or you require a one to one personalised fitness program then please get in touch for more information and together we can succeed in your challenge.

Challenges provide a great opportunity to raise money for charity.  F4TC are proud to support many charities in the challenges we are undertake including Tearfund and Multiple Myloma

"Doing the 3 Peaks Challenge with my daughter was a highlight of my life that money could not buy"

"Working with phil was inspirational - I would never have thought that I could progress from training on a local hill, to the Breacons, to Snowdon and then to successfully complete the 3 Peaks Challenge"

"Phil has an amazing ability to encourage, support and help every individual in the group, from the front to the back and from young to old"
