A challenge is one of the best ways to get fit, keep fit or take your fitness to the next level. It can also be one of the best ways to lose weight. Having that goal, either personal or for charity gives the added motivation for eating and drinking the right things, and certainly helps when it comes to going out on a cold, rainy night to do a walk, run or cycle.
