Fit For The Challenge
A venture aiming to take people from wherever they are on the fitness scale and challenge them to improve.
The challenges will be of varying degrees of difficulty from 10k’s, half marathons up to Triathlon, from walking on the Ridgeway to running in the mountains of the UK.
They will challenge people of all ages, teenagers to 70 year olds, to get fitter and stay fitter, using circuits, bikes, core work, hill work, etc. All activities at the level of the group or individual.
Aims
- Help people to aspire to achieve goals and in doing so be inspired
- To introduce or reintroduce people to the beatuiful countryside all arround us.
- To work as part of a team to reach goals.
- To enjoy the training and challenges.
- To continue to improve fitness and as a result health
